Requirements

If you would like to be a member of our team, a couple of requirements have to be fulfilled.

This is what you will need:

  1. A recognition of your professional status in Germany. It can be obtained from every Regional Office for Health and Social Affairs (e.g. LaGeSo Berlin) or the Senate Administration for Education, Youth and Family.  If you are interested in this subject you will find more information on the following website: recognition of your professional status in Germany. Of course we are always happy to support you in obtaining your professional recognition.
  2. For the professional recognition, German language skills at level B2 are required (C1 for nursery nurses). If you have not reached this level yet, we can stay in touch until you have passed your exam. We may also assist you in applying for the EU-financial support-programme which covers parts of the costs borne by participants related to mobile work placement activities (e. g. language courses, relocation and more).
  3. Nurse / physiotherapist / preschool teacher certificate
  4. A residence permit, if you are coming from a non-European country.

If you are not comfortable yet to send in your application in German, we also accept applications in English. We can stay in touch until you have passed your exam. You would like to get some advice on how or where to improve your language skills? We are happy to support you.
